Hey loves!! So we all know it’s time to start shopping for fall fashion styles! If you’ve been following my blog then you know how excited I am about fall fashion! Also, if you’ve been following my social media accounts you might have saw a few months back a hinting of a Belk collaboration. Well, I’m excited that it’s finally here and I can fill you in on what’s going on!! Back in July I was contacted by a representative of Belk to host the fall Girls Night Out event. Belk hosts two a year, one in the spring and one in the fall, and yours truly will be hosting the fall event at Belk Bridge Street October 8th from 5-8:30 pm.
With this new season comes new fashion trends and questions we women need answered. What are the latest trends in jackets? What are the perfect booties everyone needs in their closet? Well I have the answer! I want all my Huntsville ladies to join me for a Girls Night Out where I’ll be the host providing valuable fashion insights. If you are not in Huntsville, Belk is sponsoring the Girls Night Out event at many locations. So.. more deets!! Belk provided me with a selection of clothes and shoes and my task was to choose the outfit that best fits my style! Simple enough right?! The outfit that I chose, including the shoes, is the perfect fall outfit for anyone looking to be comfortable, yet chic and trendy. Who says you can’t be comfortable and cute?! Since they’ve put out the fall lines, I went to Belk at Bridge Street to take a peek at some of the new looks that are out. The over-sized sweaters and cardigans are really big this season and I’m also starting to see more low-mid heel booties. I also saw a lot of the faux fur vests and boyfriend jeans. With a lot of these new fall looks you can layer, mix and match and just have fun. There’s so much to do with fall clothes and that’s why I LOVE fall!
So I compiled a list of just a few of the pieces I saw at Belk (and on belk.com) along with the outfit that was given to me by Belk. I won’t say just yet which outfit from the list below I will be wearing; you’re going to have to wait until October 8 to see! In addition to hosting, at the Girls Night Out event I will serve as a personal stylist. I will be there from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm to help you navigate through a few of the Fall trends, put together the perfect fall outfit and provide styling tips. I will be giving away prizes, there will be a DJ, handcrafted bites, yummy refreshments and the big one…20% off with very limited exclusions in the store!
