It’s finally starting to feel like fall in Huntsville 🍂 The transition from summer to fall can be beautiful but it can also be difficult. I’ve allowed myself to experience the duality of this season. Feeling grateful for the change, but also feeling grief for what was lost along the way. Acknowledging the blessings and the growth, while also acknowledging the disappointment. Trusting God with my dreams, while also trusting God with my fears. If you’re in a space where you’re experiencing multiple feelings in this season, know that you’re not alone. Give yourself grace in knowing that those opposing feelings can co-exist and God is big enough to handle them all 🤎

If you need a quick and easy dessert to enjoy at home during the holidays, these caramel apple turnovers are perfect for you! Using puff pastry is a lifesaver because it’s ready to go right out of the packaging. The ingredients included: •Puff pastry •4-5 apples •Brown sugar •Lemon juice (helps prevent the apples from browning) •Caramel •Brown sugar crystals (optional) •Egg •Butter •Cinnamon •Maple syrup Follow the baking instructions on the box for the puff pastries 🥮 Let me know your favorite treats to eat during the holiday season ⬇️

But as your agent, I can perform a first-pass and help identify potential issues that might not be immediately obvious. I had a client who was searching for potential investment properties. I was doing a virtual tour for him and immediately upon entering the house I could not only see the sloping floors but I could feel it. It was a huge red flag for me, so I let my client know what I noticed and he thanked me for being honest and decided to pass on that home. There’s so much more than meets the eye when we go house hunting and while you are admiring the home and trying to envision yourself in it, I’m checking for things that could potentially be a problem. @tupelohoneycafe is new to Huntsville and I had to check it out for the grand opening! The first 50 people in line received a free entree. We started with their house made biscuits and jam - amazing! I had the Honey Dusted Fried Chicken with the Stone Ground Goat Cheese Grits and it was all so delicious. The chicken was seasoned perfectly! I also had the Magic Lemonade - the color changing effect was very cool. That was also really good! Ya’ll better come get one of these 🔥 Some of the other menu items at the table were: •Mountain Morning Bowl •Tupelo Shrimp and Grits •Mac n Cheese •Mimosa Flight •Orange Cinnamon Roll Old Fashioned Overall we had a great experience and I will definitely be back to try more of their menu items. If you’re looking for a place to eat in Huntsville this weekend, Tupelo Honey is located at @midcitydistrict and it’s the perfect spot to go grab brunch!
